Flexible and Affordable Rental Options
We understand the need for flexibility and affordability, which is why we offer:
- "Rent-As-You-Go" options for people who are not sure of their needs, OR save with a regular slot and a straight forward 6-month lease.
- Hourly consulting space rentals, with a minimum commitment of four consecutive hours at a time.
- For those who require a regular slot and are willing to sign a straightforward six-month lease, ensuring stability for you and your clients, will receive better pricing options than "rent-as-you-go".
- Competitive rental rates that include reception services and facility upkeep.

We're opening our doors on the 1st of March 2025, and we're excited to welcome professionals who are passionate about providing the best in holistic animal care.
Lease Options
- A small surcharge will apply for all consulting rooms leased on a Saturday, when opting for a 1 to 5 day per week rental package, if one of those days falls on a Saturday, owing to the additional staffing requirement.
- A combination of 4-hour and 8-hour blocks may be negotiated if required.
- "Rent-as-you-go" options available.
- Those requiring a regular slot will be required to sign a straightforward 6-month lease.
- To retain the integrity of the facility and to position The Holistic Hub as a place for holistic professionals offering a quality holistic service. To ensure that service providers are aligned to the values of the facility, service providers will be required to apply to rent space. We require the following:
- Service Providers name and surname
- Identity Number
- Business Registration Number (if applicable)
- Proof of qualifications or certifications
- Industry body registration numbers (if applicable)
- Service offered
- Once your application is approved you will be given a login number to book the room you require, when you require it. Unless a lease is signed and a space is reserved in advance for a service provider in a recurring timeslot, rooms will be available on a first come first served basis.
Rental Includes:
- The allocated consulting room space during the designated times.
- Reception support which includes meeting and greeting clients and patients, collecting payments etc.
- Printing of invoices etc.
- Daily cleaning of consulting rooms.
- Basic consumables such as towels, sanitizer etc.
- Wi-Fi Access.
- Basic teas and coffees for lease practitioners while on duty.
- Access control to facility.
- Security Cameras for safety.
- Ample parking.
- Facility marketing including your service offering.
- Lots of space for patients to wind-down after their journey, ahead of their appointment.
Optional Extras:
- Taking appointment bookings.
- Use of appointment scheduling and calendar software.
- Assistance from facility Animal Health Technician on duty.
