Ingredients:
Aconitum nepellus 200c – Excellent for the effects of fright or shock e.g. anxiety, fear and restlessness. The patient is easily startled and is oversensitive to pain. Useful for panic attacks, for fear of flying, driving in vehicles, crowds, people and claustrophobia.
Anica montana 200c – Excellent shock remedy for both physical and mental aspects.
Gelsemium 30c – Centres on nervous system, often causing motor paralysis/ prostration & trembling. Emotional excitement and anticipatory anxiety (lack of courage e.g. impending visit to the vet). Anxiety during and apprehension at approach of thunderstorms, fire crackers, etc.
Ignatia amara 200c – The remedy of choice for grief. Useful in hysteria, fright and worry from emotional state, extreme mood changes. Separation anxiety.
Rescue Remedy 200c – Contains the Bach flower remedies of Impatiens, Clematis, Rock rose, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum. Comforts, reassures and calms where upsetting news is heard or a startling experience has occurred/is occurring.
Ingredients:
Cocculus indicus 30c – True vertigo “world seems to be spinning” must lie down or will faint, nausea upon rising. Motion sickness especially at sea. Feels dizzy watching moving objects or observing objects in a moving vehicle. Nausea at mere thought of food.
Lacticum acidum 30c – Nausea, as if sea-sick. Nausea with any motion. Symptoms improve with eating.
Petroleum 30c – Motion sickness, especially at sea or on trains, violent vomiting in the morning, worse for riding in a vehicle. Vertigo on rising, on closing eyes and stooping, tendency to fall forwards. Nausea better after eating.
Tabacum 30c – Severe nausea with a sinking feeling in pit of stomach and a cold sweat. Deathly pale. Nausea with dizziness, headache. Seasickness, patient seeks fresh air.
Ingredients:
Belladonna 30c – Dry, red inflamed, enlarged tonsils; throat feels constricted; may feel sensation of a lump in the throat; continual inclination to swallow, scraping in the throat.
Merc Iod flav 12c – Throat affections and generally glands (right side predominantly) with characteristic coating of tongue (dirty yellow) cheesy exudate and offensive breath. Small ulcers and inflammation on posterior pharynx. Much tenacious mucous. Constant inclination to swallow. Swollen tonsils.
Merc Iod. rub 12c – Diphtheria & ulcerated sore throat, especially left side with much glandular swelling. Fauces dark red with painful swallowing, stiffness of muscles of throat & neck.
Phytolacca decandra 30c – A glandular remedy with affinity for tonsils. Swollen, hot and ulcerated throat with pain extending to the ear. Sensation of a lump in the throat.
Streptococcinum 30c – Homeopathically prepared nosode, of the allopathic antibiotic, without negative aspects. Useful in infections and pus formation.
Ingredients:
Apis mellifica 200c – Symptoms include pinkish swelling, stinging, burning & itching sensation associated with stings on the skin, eyes, face and throat (including constriction) Can be used in individuals sensitive to bee stings(should build up a tolerance within a few episodes)
Arnica montana 30c – Tingling itchy, burning skin after insect bites or stings, where skin is hot, hard shining and swollen. Tissue degeneration + septic conditions, Skin is painful and sensitive.
Carbolic acid 6c – Urticaria, itchy skin better for rubbing but leaves a burning pain, Blistering of skin. Antiseptic.
Causticum 30c – Excellent remedy for burns, especially when difficult to heal; itching and burning skin.
Histaminum 30c – This remedy acts as a homeopathic antihistamine and is helpful for itchy red skin with swelling and weals.
Ledum 30c – Burning & stinging of skin from puncture wounds of bites & stings of insects – skin purple & puffy. Also useful with skin rash as if from nettles with violent itching.
Urtica urens 6c – Helps with stinging, burning pain and intense itching with redness of the skin.
Ingredients:
Allium cepa 6c – Frequent sneezing with copious and watery, acrid nasal discharges; watery secretions from red and burning eyes.
Euphrasia 6c – Burning, watery discharge from eyes, sensitive to light. Bland watery discharges from nose, cough with much mucous. Symptoms of “cold in the eyes”
Feline rhinontracheitis 30c – Nosode of the diseased discharge – “like cures like”
Nat mur 12c – Violent sneezing with watery discharge, changing to nasal congestion and difficulty in breathing; burning, itching eyes with swollen lids.
Sabadilla 12c – Violent spasmodic sneezing causing frontal sinus pain. Itching and tickling in ears and nose; nasal congestion, over-sensitivity to odours, especially flowers causing secretions of a transparent mucous. Red burning eyelids, eyes that water especially on going into the open.
Ingredients:
Arsenicum album 12c – Burning pain in bladder. Exhaustion especially after least excretion with unquenchable thirst. Tearing pain in urethra with burning at commencement of urination. Urine scanty, frequent urging with profuse discharge and dark brown urine, as in acute cystitis. Haematuria; sediment of red sand mixed with pus and blood. Nocturnal enuresis and involuntary dribbling – blood in the urine.
Benzoic acid 6c – Foul ammoniacal odour as of horse urine – hot burning, dark reddish – as of brownish coloured wine. Often granular mucous/sediment in urine. Dissolves calculi, relieving gouty or arthritic symptoms. Irritability of bladder with muco-purulent discharge concomitant of any morbid condition. Weakness in loins. Nephritic colic.
Berberis 30c – Pain in region of kidneys. Useful in renal vesical trouble – gallstones/ kidney stones and sediment passed as dilates ureters, thereby relieving inflammation and pain in passing of stones. Wonderful uric acid diathesis aiding in gout, arthritis & kidney problems. Pain in thighs /loins on urinating – sensation as if urine left behind post urination. Violent burning, sticking, cutting pain from kidneys to bladder during and after urination. Urine varies from thick mucousy bright red with mealy sediment, to pale yellow with transparent gelatinous sediment. Renal colic & dysuria.
Calculus renas 6c – The potentized kidney stone, which according to homeopathic principle, dissolves the stones.
Cantharis 30c – Intolerable urging with cutting, burning, pain – Urine passes in bloody drops. Constant desire with only drops passed. Acute inflammation of bladder & kidneys – Nephritis. Animal may be hydrophobic. Membranous scales, looking like bran in water.
Highly inflammatory character with cystitis, nephritis and renal colic being acute, involuntary urination or dribbling after urination. Atony of bladder, from long retention of urine.
Equisetum 12c – Its principle action is on the bladder- useful in enuresis & dysuria.
Sever, dull feeling of fullness in bladder. Sharp urine flows drop by drop. Retentions and dysuria during pregnancy. Much mucous in urine (after standing a short time) – Albuminuria.
Nocturnal enuresis and irritable bladder. Incontinence of older dogs.
Ocimum canum 6c – Useful in diseases of the kidney, bladder & urethra. Uric acid diathesis- dissolves crystals – red sand in urine is a chief characteristic. Swelling of glands, inguinal and mammary – Renal colic and calculi. Pronounced urine can be saffron colour or thick & purulent with an intolerable smell of musk.
Ingredients:
Bacillinum 30c – This nosode attends to Ringworm with dry scaly lesions.
Chrysarobinum 6c – Useful when skin disease has progressed to a crusty stage, (often pus underneath) & a foul smelling discharge. Scaly eruptions around eyes/ears. Vesicular or squamous lesions – violently itching & secondary bacterial infection.
Dulcamara 6c – Typical ringworm, especially of the scalp – hair falls out in spots on scalp & temples, face and chin – pruritus worse for cold wet weather.
Sepia 12c – Ringworm- like eruptions every spring, often with offensive odour of the skin. Herpes circinatus in isolated spots on upper part of the body. Itching not better from scratching and leaves pinkish hue & brown, claret coloured, small separate nodules. The animal can be quiet and apathetic. Where loss of hair in ringworm exposes raised ring shaped eruptions.
Tellurium 6c – Marked skin lesions that take on a circular formation (herpes circinatus) over the whole body. Ringworm more pronounced on left side. Dry hot skin often giving off an offensive (fish brine) odour from affected parts. Itching worse at night on going to bed.
Thallium acetas 6c – Skin lesions taking the form of circular reddish areas in symmetrical fashion. Fairly rapid hair loss (Alopecia) – trophic lesions of the skin.
Ingredients:
Belladonna 30c – Excellent in early stages where ear is hot, throbbing & swollen ,with sudden onset.
Calcarea sulphurica 12c – Chronic draining of mainly (right) ear. Flow of dark wax, thick offensive, yellow discharge.
Hepar sulph 12c – Produces catarrhal inflammation and profuse secretions. Tendency to suppuration marked; foul green, like old cheese, sour. Fetid pus from ears. Great sensitivity to touch of ears. Dry scales on & behind ears; exude a thick gluey secretion which mats hair. Itching inner/outer ears. Increase of liquid earwax. Mastoiditis. Rupture of drum.
Merc sol 30c – Red hot swelling of external ear – (better for cold). Purulent offensive ottorhoea; thick yellow discharge, fetid and bloody. Itching in ears, boils in external ears.
Pulsatilla 30c – Ottorhoea; thick bland discharge, offensive, yellow-greenish. Catarrhal (acute & chronic) otitis. External ear swollen and red. Threatened ulceration/perforation of tympanum. Striking, tearing pains extending to larynx, hindering swallowing. Itching deep in ears, almost frantic.
Rhus toxicodendron 6c – Ear flap is hot & swollen – with slight vesicular or papular involvement. Thick yellow discharge with bloody pus (left) ear worse than (right) generally.
Tellurium 30c – Excellent general remedy for ear conditions. Often thickening of ear flaps & eczematous lesions that are itchy and sore. Fishy smelling thin wax.
Ingredients:
Hydrastit canadensis 6c – Thick, tenacious post nasal discharge, often with bleeding nose and thick crusts.
Kali bichromicum 30c – This remedy has an affinity for the mucous membranes of the air passages .Helpful for thick mucus that may be yellow or green in colour with possible loss of smell.
Kali carbonicum 30c & Kali muriaticum 30c – Helpful for conditions with thick mucous congestion of the ears, nose, throat and chest.
Kali sulphuricum 30c – Sense of deafness with yellow discharge from the eyes, nose or ears.
Mercuris dulcis 30c – Helpful for mucous-congested inflammation of the ear and helps to prevent “glue ear” and ear infections.
Silica 30c – Obstructed nasal passages with loss of smell & taste.
Itching in ears. Bloody, pussy discharge from ears.
Ottorrhoea: scabs cover purulent secretions with offensive watery, curdy, fetid discharge.
Ingredients:
Belladonna 30c – Sudden onset of symptoms; burning high fever, hot, dry & flushed skin, tickling in nostrils with sneezing, raw throat, tickling, dry cough, swollen glands in neck.
Cortisone 6c – Anti-inflammatory action without side effects of allopathic drug.
Ferrum phosphoricum 30c – Dry hacking cough that is often painful with a heavy chest. Bruised soreness of chest, shoulders and muscles. Sore throat, tickling, hacking cough.
Kennel cough 30c – (Canine tracheobronchitis) Nosode – “like cures like”
Spongia tosta 30c – Hollow barking “whooping cough”; or tight & croupy.
Dryness of the mucous membranes of tongue, larynx, trachea & throat. Wheezy, asthmatic, hoarseness with profuse expectoration. Better for drinking.
Ingredients:
Aconitum napellus 200c – Useful in acute conditions especially where a violent, shocking or frightening event has occurred.
Arnica montana 200c – All traumatic injury from falls or blows, contusions resulting in bruising, bleeding (external & internal), tissue degeneration, muscle overstrain & shock.
Bellis perennis 30c – Excellent for injury to deep tissue especially after surgical work & post spay. Blows or falls affecting the lower abdomen. Muscular soreness, nerve injury, bruises, general soreness of muscles with lameness of sprains.
Conium mac 30c – Older animals, weakness of hind legs – unsteady gait to inability to rise with progressive upward paralysis.
Hypericum perforatum 200c – Often referred to as the “arnica of the nerves” and thus excellent for injuries involving nerves, especially the extremities. Good for deep puncture wounds.
Ledum palustre 6c – Puncture wounds from sharp pointed instruments or bites. Good for wounds affecting fibrous tissue of small joints e.g. Heels.
Rhus toxicodendron 6c – Helpful where fibrous tissue is affected e.g. ligaments, joints & tendons and in conditions where pain & stiffness result (The “Rusty Gate” – stiff and creaky to open but once moved gets easier.)
Ruta graveolens 6c – Painful bruised, sprained & overstrained conditions. Acts on cartilage and flexor tendons & eye muscles (good for eye strain). Helps the “bruised bone” sensation and the sore & aching lame feeling following a sprain. Also good for fractures and dislocation.
Ingredients:

Arundo mauritanica 6c – Itching of palate, eyes and in ear canal, itching in nostril with sneezing, allergies from pollution.

Natrum muriaticum 6c – Violent sneezing with watery discharges, leading to nasal congestion and difficulty in breathing through the nose; burning itchy eyes with swollen lids.

Wyethia helenoides 6c – Itching at the back of the nose. Violent sneezing with itchy palate and epiglottis.
Ingredients:
China 30c – For patient who shows profuse exhaustion/weakness – aversion to both mental & physical effort. Excellent where loss of fluids, haemorrhages, diarrhoea or diuresis leads to debility. Acts on liver, spleen, digestive organs, nerves, blood, circulation and secretions. Affects post-operative gas pains with loss of appetite. Patient often has abnormal irritability & nervous sensitivity/ mental excitement. Inflammation post haemorrhage, leading to part turning black. Strengthens heart & circulation- stops haemorrhage –aids in anaemia. Lameness / weakness of affected part.
Chinin sulph 6c – Affects nerves (patient sensitive to external influences), circulation, liver & spleen. Debility from loss of fluids – esp. blood loss. Increases Haemoglobin.
Ferrum met 6c – Improves composition of blood – attracts oxygen. Patient generally anaemic with low mental & physical energy. Works well in young females, growing too rapidly. Irregular distribution of blood – haemorrhage with bright or small clots. Addison’s disease, Paralysis from loss of fluids.
Ferrum phos 6c – Sensitive, nervous, anaemic, prostrated patients, susceptible to chest troubles. Catarrhal affections of respiratory tract. Bright haemorrhage from any orifice – increases haemoglobin. Affects venous circulation. 1st stage congestion & inflammation of lungs & rapid pulse(short, quick, soft) at 1st stage of cardiac diseases.
Phosphoric acid 6c – Acid debility very marked leading to nervous exhaustion – mental debility 1st, then physical – young patients growing too rapidly or system been exposed to ravages of acute disease, excesses, grief & loss of initial fluids. Acts on liver, spleen, pancreas & optic nerve, low fever and sweats.
Phospherous 30c – Affects profoundly the nutrition and function of every tissue – from bone to nerve and blood. Young patients growing rapidly – liver, spleen, blood vessels, pancreas, anaemia, composition of blood optic nerves (eyes) nervous system, lungs & metabolism generally. Patient prostrated & weak.
Cardus mar 6x – Has a specific relation to vascular systems – varicose veins & ulcers. Haemorrhages, esp. connected to liver disease with debility and fatigue, also affecting lungs (haemophysis)
Chelidonium 6x – Prominent liver remedy covering many direct reflex symptoms associated with liver disease e.g. general lethargy, depressed lung and respiration- indisposition to effort. Affects heart and eyes.
Ingredients:
Bone 30c – Homeopathy, in its true form. A nosode made from bone -”like cures like”
Calc fluor 6c – This tissue salt aids malnutrition of bone, bony growth and hard bony swellings. Acts on teeth where deficient enamel. Disperses bony growths, osteo-sarcoma and exostosis (being outgrowths of cartilaginous tissue on bones) post injury- Periostitis of lower jaw, ribs etc.
Aurum met 30c – Excellent where deterioration and alterations in tissue, even necrosis – cartilaginous overgrowth on bone. Esp. cranial, nasal and palate. Calms nightly bone pains.
Calc phos 6c – This tissue salt constitutes 67% of bone. – Lack of causes – especially, tardy/slow dentition, bone diseases (soft, thin & Brittle) and non- union in fractures (aids formation of callus – bony healing tissue). Aids nutrition of bones & glands were malassimilation e.g. Rickets & Addison’s disease.
Arnica montana 30c – All traumatic injury from falls or blows, contusions resulting in bruising, bleeding (external and internal) tissue degeneration, muscle overstrain and shock.
Symphytum 30c – (comfrey/boneknit) – The root contains a crystalline solid that stimulates growth of epithelium on ulcerated surfaces. Excellent for comminute fractures (bone fragments, splinters post high impact or a blow.) Great use in wounds penetrating to the perineum and bones – non- union of fractures and the pain associated. Irritable stump after amputation and bone at point of fracture. Promotes more rapid healing by callus and helps pain of old injuries. Caries of vertebrae.
Ingredients:
Ars. alb 6c – Anxious dog – skin dry, rough, scaly and itchy – prone to open cracks – may have small pustular lesions, filled with blood & pus – later reddish, blue larger spots. Exhaustion after exertion, desires small quantities of water frequently. Harsh lustreless hair. (Diarrhoea of cadaverous odour)
Kali-sulph 6c – Psoriasis, eczema and seborrhoea, where burning, itching, papular eruptions present. Yellow scales with a yellow discharge, which can be slimy, sticky and watery. Nettle-like rash. Promotes desquamation (skin-shedding and bacterial infection of skins outer layers.
Kali-ars 30c – More advanced cases which begin to show corrugation of the skin. Intolerable itching – dry scaly wilted skin. Chronic eczema.
Mezereum 6c – Intense itching, eczema of the skin – useful where lesions are chiefly on head and face – scabs coalesce and cover purulent areas.
Psorinum 30c – Eczema’s with pronounced musty odour. Skin is dry with vesicular or pustular lesions. Dirty looking coat, dry and harsh. Dry skin with severe itching and burning Eruptions when scratched, lead to ulceration and exude an offensive discharge. Animal may be’ chilly’ .
Graphites 6c – Affects circulation and nutrition of the skin. Eradicates the tendency to erysipelas (bacterial infection of skins outer layers) /rough hard persistent dryness of keloids and old hard scars. Scaly foul corrosive secretions, sebaceous cysts and pus smelling like herring-brine. Unhealthy skin with every injury suppurating. Itching – worse for warmth.
Ingredients:
Berberis vulgaris 30c – Radiating pains in the bladder region; the sensation of some urine left behind; urine may contain mucous; urge to urinate frequently, the urethra may burn even when not urinating.
Cantharis 30c – Intolerable and constant urge to urinate. Urine is scanty and passed drop by drop with burning pain. Involuntary urination or dribbling after urination.
Equiseturn 30c – Bladder area is tender & painful with a feeling of fullness that does not improve after urination. Urine flows only drop by drop. Incontinence.
Merc sol 30c – Burning, scalding, stinging, cutting during urination. Burning in forepart of urethra on passing last drops with haemorrhage; urine may contain mucous, blood or pus. Frequent urinating which smells pungent & sour.
For re-occurring infections – add the anti-virabac 200c remedy and alternate it with the cystitis remedy.
Ingredients:
Aconite 30c – Anxiety, fear and restlessness. Take fright easily – startled easily. Does not want to be touched.
Argent 30c – Anticipatory anxiety e.g. getting into a car(visiting the parlour or vet), neurotic, fearful,nervous , anxious and timid.
Chamomilla 30c – Known as the “opium of homeopathy”, it calms nervous excitement and helps with both mental and emotional aspects. Useful where animal is restless, sensitive, and overly attached to owner.
Borax 30c – Noise sensitivity; violent fright/fear from sudden/unusual sounds e.g. report of gunshot & thunder. Nutritive – feeds nerves.
Lupulus humulus 6c – Nervous conditions with dizziness, twitching and nervous tremor.
Gelsemium 30c – Affects nervous system – bad effects from fright & fear. Lacks courage, anticipatory anxiety – apprehensive feeling at approach of thunderstorms, etc.
Phospherous 30c – Lightning, storms & fireworks cause great fear. Anxious when left alone – given before an operation, prevents shock and nausea.
Valeriana officinalis 30c – Over-sensitivity, restlessness with obsessive behaviour. Sudden changes in mental and physical disposition.
Ingredients:
Gunpowder 6c – Holds and localises infection, preventing spread to deeper tissue.
Hepar sulphuris 6c – In low potency, useful for suppuration and aids in removal of foreign bodies. Thick sour-smelling pus, abscesses and putrid ulcers.
Myristica sebifera 6c – This remedy has a marked antiseptic action and hastens suppuration. Useful for ulcerative inflammation, fistulas and carbuncles.
Silicea 6c – Silica, known as the homeopathic surgeon, will help push splinters (foreign bodies) out of deeper tissue.
Ingredients:
Arnica Montana 30c – Limbs & body ache as if beaten, joints as if sprained. Rheumatism of muscular and tendon issues, especially back & shoulders. Paralytic pains shift from joint to joint. Especially, on movement. Great soreness in back and hips. Cervical pressure on vertebrae. Rheumatism from exposure to dampness and cold.
Calc Flour 6c – Acute and chronic pain with burning in the back generally and loins. Often caused by muscle strain. Worse on beginning to move but better for continuous movement. Hip joint disease. Hardening of connective tissue and capsular ligaments of joints.
Calc Phos 6c – Arthritis and rheumatic pain in joints & bones, always aggravated by any change in weather, but especially cold & damp. Inflammation of spine, stiffness of neck, aching soreness of limbs, especially, sacral and lumbar regions, transferring down legs with lameness and weakness of hips and down limbs. Disposition to stretch.
Hypericum 30c – The Arnica of the nerves, thus excellent for coccyx pain/injury where pain causes inability to walk. Aching pain in scapula/lumber regions with lameness and/or trembling of the limbs. Joints bruised. Aching in sciatic nerve. Traumatic neuralgia and neuritis.
Rhus Tox 30c – Helpful where fibrous tissue is affected e.g. Ligaments, joints and tendons and in conditions where pain and stiffness result (often referred to as the ‘Rusty Gate’…difficult to move but once get going, becomes easier).
Ruta 30c – Helpful where all parts of body are painful, as if bruised (muscles and joints) Paralytic stiffness & lameness of legs. Gnawing burning pain – neuralgia. Weakness in lumber region. Pain in long bones, sore tendons, rheumatic paralysing pain in carpal joints.
Ingredients:
Baptisia tinctoria 30c – Intense weakness, patient must lie down, obvious sick feeling, “too sick to move”. Heavy aching muscles. Severe viral infection, septic conditions.
Gunpowder 30c – Localises the infection preventing deeper penetration into tissues.
Mercurius sol 200c – Helpful for acute infections. Helps the body to deal with viral infections.
Penicillinum 30c – Homeopathically prepared nosode of penicillin. Anti-bacterial action without negative aspects of allopathic antibiotic.
Pyrogenium 30c – Helpful remedy for septic states and blood poisoning. Restlessness, offensive discharges, painful burning abscesses.
Staphyloccocinum 30c – Homeopathically prepared nosode, under sterile conditions and safe for the treatment of infections.
