Animal Physical Rehab in association with Animal Health and Hydro are very excited to participate in the celebrations at Blue Cross Veterinary Hospital on 24 October, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary. That's right—for 100 years, they have been treating patients!
To commemorate this significant milestone, Blue Cross has lined up a series of enjoyable activities that will unfold throughout the day at the practice. Moreover, they will be spearheading a commendable sterilization drive for 100 animals through registered NGOs.
We are enthusiastic about supporting this initiative. To aid Blue Cross in raising funds for their sterilization drive, we have issued a challenge to our vets. For every R1000.00 we raise, a Vet must take a walk in our Underwater Treadmill, just as our patients do during their therapy sessions. This is a fun way to contribute to a worthy cause.
Of course, we will have some kind of treat incentive for the lucky humans to entice them to perform in the UWT as well!
To ensure that we help Blue Cross with their awesome initiative and that the vets face our challenge head-on, we are asking for small donations to this great cause.
To make a donation, please click on the image above where you will be able to donate to this worthy cause in increments of R20 (twenty rand). You can also drop off your donations with Hayley at the Newlands branch.
